The low country boil will be made in 2 versions - one with seafood and one without. To give some extra protein to the boil for both varieties, we will also be adding chicken thighs to the mix. Mini Potatoes (red & white), Sausage (Kielbasa and Andouille , Corn on the cob, Chicken thighs and shrimp in 1/2.
Spices can be added yourself to adjust "heat factor" as spices and sauces will be at the table.
The only cooking help initially we are going to need will probably be a good kid's project - shucking corn. As long as everyone else has taken care of the canopies/tables/etc - Peter and I have all the food. Picking it up in bulk in our pickup truck on Thursday night.

Sorry JoeCamper, I never gave you my count. We are still coming in on Motorcycles. I have 5 adults, no children. We are coming in Friday night and leaving Sunday. We are motorcycle camping so we will not have any room to bring anything extra to contribute but would be more than happy to contribute $$$ to the fund.
Our plan is to ride all day Saturday and be back in time for the boil in case anyone wants to ride with us. What time does dinner usually start?
Counting down until we get there on Thursday. A couple questions --
*Did I read somewhere that there is a potluck breakfast (in addition to the Low Country Boil)?
*We would like to join in on the zipline outing. Do we need to make reservations for that?
*Do you still need EZ-ups and/or tables? I can ask my neighbor to borrow theirs if so.
For those that are staying until Monday - Do you wanna plan on dinner together Sunday night?
Thanks -- C U Soon!!!

Hey 2happycampers, I guess the most active people on this rally are already there and try to unplug, but I'll try to answer what I can.
I don't think there's a police breakfast, my guess is you were readin about the Knoebels rally, since most do knoebels amusement park we do a pot luck breakfast instead of a dinner.
I sure hope no reservations are required, I didn't make anything at any place, but i plan on going!
As far as the canopies and tables, we probably have enough, but if its not too much of a pain, we can always use more! the weather looks rough this weekend, so canopies are always appreciated. 🙂
I'm sorry I can't answer more definitively, my new job is taking up too much of my time and I've been more absent than I'd like lately.
BF and I are staying till Monday, its a little late (for me at least) to plan a dinner, but some sort of a Sunday night get together would be great.
