I purposefully gave folks the option for anyone who is there early on Friday that may not want to be up that late AND to give everyone a chance to go on a tour.  My experience with ghost tours is that they don't always do that well when there is a big group.  I have always found the guides do better with a smaller group.  But whatever works for everyone is fine with me.

Thinking about joining you all for this rally. Anyone know if any sites are still available. I hate waiting so long but had to make sure DD's grades were looking good for her to miss a day of school.

Rob, it looks like there are a few sites available along the creek and others.  (See the beginning thread)  If you call the office tomorrow, they will help you out.  Look forward to meeting!

We booked our site today. We will be on site 204 arriving Friday night. 2 adults and w children DD(14) DS(4)

This is turning into quite a gathering! We're up to 17 sites.  I'm pretty sure we will need a couple of tables to set up the potluck, if anyone can bring one.

Wow, 17 sites. Nice Turnout!  We will need 5 tables for the potluck.  We will only need 10x10 canopies if there is a chance of rain.

We booked site 215.  We will be arriving late since I work until 7pm.  2 adults 1 dog  We can bring our table.

Joe, are we going to use the Pavilion? If so, other than Coffee, we won't need tables..

As usual, I will have all the Coffee Stuff.

I verified with the campground and the pavilion (attached to the rec hall) is ours for the potluck Saturday evening at 6pm.  There are 20+ picnic tables and I have a roll of table cloth.  Just bring your potluck, serving spoon, plates and utensils. 

Please post if you are interested in the haunted tour Friday evening, the bus tour Saturday morning and the beer tasting Saturday evening?

Chris & I are definitely planning on the Saturday bus tour & the beer tasting. We just haven't decided on which beverages to bring 🙂
